Although our quality and expectations remain high here at Featherstone Records, please keep these nuances in mind when you are buying a bespoke handmade item with character and charm.
No returns are available for hand cut records. However if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your record we can discuss options to see if recutting your record will fix any issues. These records are cut using a stereo diamond needle to high quality petG plastic so the fidelity should be good! The quality of the recordings will determine what we can work with. We will be in touch ahead of time and throughout the cutting process to discuss any potential audio issues that could be expected upon receiving your record. So rest assured your record is in good hands.
